Sleeping

Has anyone had trouble sleeping, I go to bed because I’m tired but then I toss and turn all night. I don’t take naps so I don’t know what’s going on.

I can understand your frustration because I’ve had insomnia for years. I take two meds to sleep and doesn’t always work. I have restless leg syndrome too so that makes it even worse. Tempted to try Relaxium that has been so highly advertised. I need the sleep so bad I don’t even care anymore if I become dependent. My body is dependent on sleep to function well!

Candace I had to see a sleep specialist But I found that a if you get a bed that you can control the head and feet it works miracles .I have a huge recliner that I sleep in also .I love the recliner the best . Praying you get the help you need .

Sleep apnea? See a pulmonologist for a sleep study.
