I add layers of clothing and put those old covid masks to good use covering my face and nose protecting them from the cold. "Cold temperatures cause our blood vessels to constrict. As a result, our blood circulation becomes poor which limits the availability of oxygen to many parts of the body. Your heart then has to work extra hard to pump blood." So heart disease peeps please limit your outside adventures during the cold weather! Hugs!

Stay out of that cold as much as you can. It causes the blood vessels to constrict making it difficult for your heart to pump blood through.

I am more prone to an arrhythmia when it is cold and the arrhythmia lasts for several days. It seems like the cold air is a trigger so I try and keep warm.
