“If you want to live a long life, the best time to pay attention to your heart health is right now, according to a doctor.

The biggest mistake people make about heart health is waiting until it's too late to take action, Dr. Gregory Katz, a cardiologist at NYU Langone, said.

"People think it's something that happens suddenly. Sometimes they look up and are like, 'How the hell did I have a heart attack or stroke?' The seeds are planted very… read more

Hi Cliff,

We flew into Boston and spent the night there. Did a tour of Boston with the group and headed to Plymouth and checked out some places there and then went to Hyannis and spent 5 nights there. We flew back on Friday the 21st of June. Great trip. We took day trips from Hyannis to Martha's vineyard, Nantucket and Rhode Island. Tired me out. Good to be back but missing the ocean breeze. It helped my breathing issues. Still don't know the cause of my SOB. So many things can affect your breathing. May have to start T-replacement as my last blood labs showed it has tanked (Testosterone Free at 26 pg/mL). Cardiology stated it's a catch 22 starting the therapy. But being anemic, tired all the time, can't breathe, and the list goes on. Anyhow enough of feeling sorry for myself. Loved the vacation and God willing I get more vacations!! Keeping a good thought

Thanks Cliff I have been following the suggestions for years. I of course did not this past week as I took my first vacation in 5 years to Cape Cod and ate like there was no tomorrow. I don't drink anything other than water and two cups of coffee a day and followed that pretty well. But I did have fried COD sandwiches, Haddock, and broke down and had two burgers for the week. Daily servings of oatmeal and fruit, but also pancakes with syrup. Gained a few pounds but will lose it in a month.
