I can usually get to bed by 10:00 10:15 but I have trouble getting to sleep which means I have trouble waking up at 9:00! I know this is a lot of sleep but this is what My Mind and Body need to be able to get up and go…I take some pretty strong Meds for my mental health needs and most of the ones with a sedative effect are taken at night! I’m sure this plays in to my sleep duration…but I have had multiple sleep studies that only tell me that I snore when I sleep on my right side…So I sleep on my left…problem solved!

I have been trying just about everything to get to sleep. It seems once I fall asleep, I stay asleep. I am doing much better. Tonight, I will try a sleep mask along with my CPAP mask, mattress topper, and weighted blanket. I will meditate shortly and hopefully get some sleep tonight. I feel your pain, Eva. I celebrate seven hours of sleep! Good night tonight, my friend.

My sleep schedule is a disaster, my son frequently stays up all night then sleeps all day, he is autistic so if he's up I'm up too, then other times we are on a more normal schedule, but I feel it lordy I'm always tired, rarely get more then 5 hrs at a time and that for me is a good sleep. Also I myself have trouble sleeping due to anxiety, pain, etc. I don't imagine I can remedy my situation

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member, Yes I do. I have recently taken it off the bed because I hurt my back and it is too heavy. They weigh about 15 pounds on average. I plan to put it back on the bed now that my back is better. Also, it is not as warm as a regular blanket, so you might need both in the winter. The sleep goggles are working out great. They work so well that last night I forgot to turn off the lights until I had to get up to use the bathroom. 😉I bought these so I could wear it with my CPAP full face mask https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C5Q99SLN?ref=fed_as...
