I am committed to two hours a day, one hr in morning and one hr in night,sitting in my recliner with wraps on. Fatigue has been a result up to this point. My doctor said to stick it out and make it beyond the fatigue. The muscles are not use to working as pump is making them. Once they have reached that level on a regular basis the fatigue will decrease a great deal.
