Need Advice About Doctors And Surgery
Hi everyone! I have a dilemma and am looking for advice. Last month I had an echocardiogram. When I visited my cardiologist he said that it is getting close to the time for a heart valve replacement. He scheduled another echo for November. I figured at that time I'd start taking the tests to see if I qualified for TAVR. This week I visited my internist. Aortic Calcification
I had and x-rays on my hips and spine last week, I took a fall and doctor wanted to be sure I didn't mess up anything with hips that were replaced 2 years ago, and I have arthritis and a herniated disk in my back, but anyway he found I have aortic calcification, I see my cardiologist Friday, is there anything specific I should be asking about this new thing for me.
Is this life threatening ?

Afib Question
Was just cardioverted on Monday for AFib. By Tuesday pm back in AFib. Cardioversion has worked in past. Don’t know what’s next. Do I just have to live with it? They say I can’t have ablation due to the condition of my back. I have been on Amiodarone and Eliquis for a year. Not on metropolol because when I am in SR I have a very low heart rates. Any comments please. ❤️❤️
