I have been taking it also, the 81mg, low dose. Instead of blood thinners. Much easier to keep up with, and I think it's much safer than the blood thinners.

Because of my history of blood clots (dvt) and A-fib my doctors want me on blood thinners. However, I have had major bleeding issues with every blood thinner we have tried such as Warfarin or Xarelto. At times some of the bleeding issues became life-threatening. So I have agreed to stop taking prescription blood thinners and start taking aspirin everyday. So far, there have been no bleeding issues with the aspirin.
