Geraldine you can eat lots of them I just choose not to eat that many i am a pig when it comes to them I love them making a pudding is so good I make it with honey from the organic form and a little lemon juice with low fat milk I heat it in microwave its so good I have that and my oatmeal for breakfast also I love them in salad with oil olive oil and herbs and lemon juice with chick peas and spinash and kale also I make zuchinni boats and put them in them also I love them and believe me there good fo r your heart

they have a lot of magnesium in them so they will make y0u go to the washroom until you get used to them

I love them avocodoe are a good fat I love them i eat all the time they are loaded with good things check it out on line and anything if you over do it can be to much but your safe with those

If u are asking about avocados? They are a good fat for your diet. You're cholesterol number is based upon 2 leaves of fat in our body.
LDL : % of "bad" fat
HDL: % of "good" fat.
