if yur on beta blockers and are 58 years old how do u you determine it!!

I am beta blocked and feel best when my HR is in the 60's. I really hate the racing, pounding feeling.

That's a good question being on the beta blockers I don't know usually it's 200-your age. I would definitely call the cardiologist and ask them.
