I also have congestive heart failure a stent a leaky valve a pacer/defibrillator probably more. I'm 53 and was very active until the heart attack in May 2017.

It has taken me 4 years almost to reach a better place with afib, ICD and CHF. I accept I likely will never be back to 'normal' and that where I am now is definitely acceptable?

If you have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib), here are the symptoms to look out for:

- Rapid and irregular heartbeat
- Fatigue, especially when exercising
- Dizziness
- Thumping or fluttering in the chest (heart palpitations)
- Weakness
- Sweating
- Shortness of breath
- Anxiety
- Confusion

I wasn't eligible for ablation due to floppy heart muscle. An old friend from high school had it and it totally helped her
