With Entresto being fairly new with treating heart failure.......how many of you can give me your experience with it. How many people can feel their heart rate (pounding) when your bp is normal due to medications. This will come and go all day long.

I have CHF also and am taking Entresto as well. I started taking it about 3 months ago and seems to be working better than Lisipril. I do monitor my BP more often because I found that with Entresto 49mg and Metoprolol my BP was dropping to low. Like 79/43. I also have a difibulator implant since 2/2018. So far so good. Im still alive.

Hi, my name is Elaine and I have heart failure and afib for the last five years. Yes, I can feel my heart beat, but I have found if I DON’T lie on my left side at all, I can manage to sleep. I have trained myself not to pay attention to it during my waking hours. You can adjust by just egnoring it sort of like eye floaters. Good luck, it’s very annoying.

I just want to say My Ef was 10% before Entresto and Carvitol so I must say God Grace and Mercy differently played a part in Me still being here. I never know that was heart was even bad and was living life to its fullest. When in for pretesting to get both knees replaced and flunked the ekg and that's when I found out about My heart being so weak. Got defibrillator and been doing good every since as far as heart wise, but still have other health problem. I thank God for life everyday!!!!!
