Nothing to it they give you something to relax you but you are not completely out but you don't remember any of it not even the shock when they test it.

I have a refrigerator pace maker no problem you are not out when they do it but you don't remember anything not even the shock when they test it.

I got my pacemaker in 2010 and at the time it was the easiest surgery I’d ever had. I didn’t wake up in pain as with abdominal and other surgeries. The worst part was being on bed rest for 12 hrs and trying to use a bedpan. Lol Not all drs order that.
