I have to make a conscious effort to keep myself positive. I start each day in gratitude and that has changed my life. Always finding something to be grateful for has made my depressed moments fewer and further between. Good luck to you. 💖

Yes. My internist prescribed an anti depressant. I get mostly down about not being able to do as much as I used to. It’s frustrating too but I get as much sun and exercise as I can which helps with depression

Yes ,I have good days and bad but it's part of the process , when I get feeling low or depressed I finda craft or music and say to myself someone else has it a hole lot worse then I do
