Severe Aortic Stenosis TAVR Experiences
I am 72 and my aortic stenosis is severe. I feel fine but did have 1 episode of fainting during September, 2022. I do not suffer from severe shortness of breath. I had a thorough cardiac workup during July, 2022 with the good news I am a candidate for TAVR. I told the facility I would schedule a TAVR during February, 2023. I turned 71 a few weeks ago, and had my TAVR last June, about 7 months ago.
Home the next day, feeling 98% better that day.

Hi, get it done ASAP. It's a walk on the beach. I had it done in 2017 and it's working out fine.
The surgery takes only 2 hours max. It's not open-heart surgery. You will be home the next day.
