My ICD aches most of the time it feels like a knife in there cutting me, I can't get any definite answers

My crt-d does ache every so often ..it's scary..I feel something is going to happen... the ache comes and goes...the Doctor and Tech that checks my crt-d says it's normal...but it's still worries me.. God bless πŸ™πŸ»
