I’ve had both tests done and I pray for that Ultrasound because for the angiogram they put me to sleep before and I don’t like that

I've had both. I wasn't put to sleep on the angiography, I was given pain medication via IV. I preferred the ultrasound, I was able to see inside my heart and the tech explained what was going wrong in my heart.

I have also had a Cardiac MRI, definitely took longer than I liked but directed my cardiologist to my diagnosis.

I have had ultrasounds . No angiogram. My doctor did cardiac MRI . Told me it is the gold standard. It was a long test but plenty of info.
