Does Anybody’s Else’s Heart Rate Drop Below50 But Have No Symptoms?

A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

When I am relaxed my heart rate drops to 45; with no symptoms.but once I start moving it jumps back up to the 90’s or above. I know part of the jump is because of the increased dosage of Ozempic( a side effect is for it to raise the heart rate a bit. So far my cardiologist don’t seem to have issues with it. But we will find out when my next CRTD reading comes out.

Sometimes my blood pressure meds will cause me to go under 50 bpm and my dr doesn’t like it. I’m now on Atenolol 25 mg twice a day, Hydralazine 10mg three times a day and this keeps me in good range. When my heart rate was low it made me feel very sluggish

When I have been hospitalized, each night a nurse runs in telling me to breathe because my heart rate has gone too low. I have normal blood pressure during the day.
