By flutters do you mean premature beats? They can be either PACs or PVCs depending on if they are from the ventricular or arterial portion of the heart. I think that is probably what you are feeling. They often feel like your heart skips a beat or stops and starts or is pounding. Since you were in flutter yesterday you might be having lots of them today. Take it easy and get good sleep again tonight. They should pass soon enough. Sometimes they are accompanied by shortness of breath and some chest pain. Mine are a precursor to Afib so resting is a good idea. Be sure to let the doctor know you are feeling them. He can check the loop recorder and they should be able to see them. They are not harmful but they do drive you a little crazy.

It will take a few days to get it. They sent me mine that way too. I hope it catches the problem and gives you some piece of mind. Have a good weekend and take care of yourself. Hugs🤗

Yes, you can have a normal heart rate and feel the flutters. Just keep after your doctor about it. Do you have heart disease or is this just starting?❤️
