Has Anyone Ever Bent Over And Got Light Headed A Felt Like Your Heart Was Fluttering ?

Yes, me too. It happens from time to time. It is due to the sudden blood pressure change when you put your head below your heart. It usually happens to me when I am bending over to pick something up off the floor. I have started using grabbers to pick things up. Sometimes, it causes me to go into an arrhythmia so if you can avoid putting your head lower than your heart it will help. Hugs🤗

Talked to my cardiologist few days ago and he seemed to think it was just a drop in the blood pressure from bending over
