My cardiac calcium artery test number was 308. Worrisome.

Your score doesn't place you in a worrisome stage. You don't know of others because this test is not one that is covered by insurance, therefore many people don't get but done. Mine is a bit higher than yours. My doc upped my Crestor 5 mg from every other day to every day. Don't be terrified. Stress is the worst thing for you. 💖

Changed my life to learn my CAC score is 294 at age 53.
I’m terrified. My doctors are not overly concerned. I don’t know a soul who has this hanging over them ( other than on line)
I Have no social outlets- moved to Richmond VA just before Covid.
I avoid the few social events I’m included in because they usually involve alcohol and unhealthy foods.
