I went from 10% to 60% with Entresto at the lowest dose twice a day that’s all my insurance would pay for and for Sega once a day and I got a biventricular Defibrillator and Pacemaker combo after that it went up to 60% so yes it can go up I’m still in heart failure because I have underlying a Ccardiomyopathy but I’m not going to drop dead anytime soon. I hope that gives you hope thanks bye

Congestive Heart Failure is really not reversible. People can improve their EF, but they still have a weak heart and are prone to CHF symptoms.

Congestive heart failure is a specific type of heart failure where the heart is unable to pump blood properly, causing blood to back up in the veins and leading to symptoms like swelling in the legs and ankles, and fluid in the lungs. While heart failure is a chronic condition, treatments and lifestyle changes can slow disease progression, decrease symptoms, and in some cases, even reverse heart failure. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions and treatment plan.

Yes absolutely your ejection fraction can go up. As for congestive heart failure I'm sorry to say there is no cure for congestive heart failure it is a progressive disease.
