I agree with others that say get to the doctor and get yourself checked out. I have this happen just before an SVT (Supra Ventricular Tachycardia) episode. Beta-blockers have been able to help me with this. It may or may not be your heart. Afib can also cause this The doctor may want you to wear a monitor for a while to figure out what is causing it. Good luck and keep us posted on how you are doing. Hugs 🤗

If I am having trouble breathing I often get dizzy spells so severe that I begin to black out. You need to see your cardiologist. This may be telling you that something needs to be taken care of.

Sometimes when I feel a little dizzy or a weird feeling like I am going to pass out its my blood pressure is low...I drink Gatorade to bring it up to a normal number..getting up too fast not giving enough time for the blood and oxygen doesn't reach the brain can make you pass out...Tia..

Syncope can be from several things. Blocked arteries in your heart and neck can be the cause but blood pressure and many other things can be at the root. Your primary care Dr. can help rule things in or out and send you to the correct specialist.
