RRC, I think before you purchase a meal replacement, you should check with your doctor to be sure that it is good for you. It does have some sodium and sugar so you would have to take that into consideration. Also they have things like Ensure and Carnation instant breakfast but again, check the ingredients to make sure it is okay for you to take.

RRC, Yes. I use total meal replacement protein shakes after my exercise class workouts to make sure I get enough protein so that I build muscle and so my weight loss is fat not muscle. I also recommended them to my friend who was not eating enough and she loves them. The one I use is called 1st Phorm(Level 1) and they taste great. They are not cheap, I am not going to lie, but they are worth it. I do the chocolate but they have other flavors. I mix them with fat-free milk and sometimes add about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to amp up the protein. I have tried other cheaper ones but they don't taste as good. I am not a fan of the replacement bars but the powder tastes great the chocolate is like having a shake. Here is a link if you are interested https://1stphorm.com/collections/meal-replaceme...
