Crock pot chicken. Try to eat a more plant based diet . No sodas . No salt. No frozen dinners. Salmon is good
Mike, keep your meals simple. Grilled or baked fish, chicken, eggs, heart-healthy protein. Use frozen veggies, and organic bagged salads (I like Organic Girl), When you get home from the grocery store cut up any fresh veggies that you bought so making a salad is easy. Watch your fat, salt, and sugar. Here is a link from the Heart Foundation. With ideas for meals for one, I hope this helps! https://www.heartfoundation.org.nz/about-us/new.... Also here is a link for Delicious cooking for one from heart.org. https://www.heart.org/en/healthy-living/healthy... Another resource that I can share with you is Heart Healthy Recipies by the Mayo Clinic. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/re...
roasted chicken ground turkey, salmon You should be able to find small cuts of salmon or a small package of chicken. Sometimes it is always better if you go to the store and just check to see what the store has. You can eat fresh vegetables or even a stir fry. And also eat fruit usally 4 to 5 servings.
Just me and my daughter enjoy roasting various veggies with olive oil. Broccoli, carrots and onions are good. Lots of garlic and spices. Sometimes we splurge and dip them in a tiny bit of homemade ranch. Google sheet pan dinners for lots of recipes
