unfortunately, You need to discuss same with your Cardiology Team since we out here have no idea what is causing your Ejection Faction to be less then normal we cannot suggest this or that... You need to get right to the heart of the matter and come out and ask your cardiologist what it means in your case What is causing the issue? a heart valve or valves or one of the cardiomyopathy issues ejection faction is the overall ability to pump your blood the two conditions I mentioned above Iwould suspect are the 2 More common reasons but there are many factors within those 2 and most likely a few that I am not even aware of....
