You have to be gentle with yourself rest your head and lay down for a few minutes. If it happens a lot be near a chair I hope you doing okay..

Jeffery, it affects me about 70 percent of the time. I handle it by stopping and resting. It mostly happens during exercise for me when my heart can't keep up with the demands I am putting on it. That said, exercise really helps me and I really believe I am much better when I exercise regularly. I walk as much as I can and I stop and catch my breath when necessary. Hope that helps. Hugs🤗
