Has Anybody Ever Had Severe Dizziness From A Medication Like Metoprolol ER Succinate? Did It Go Away?

Thank you. I had already told the doctor and she told me to take it at night, but so far has not made a difference. I give it a few days for my system to adjust to it .

Turned out to be the meds but not Metoprolol. Was low on Potassium. Too much LASIK and not enough Potassium. Wound up in Emergency after I fell from being lightheaded.

I am hoping my doctor changes the meds or lowers the dosage. Just got a reprieve from weeks of shortness of breath and now this. Can’t get around at all. Almost fell tday too. Was yours from Metoprolol?

Oh yes. Not only dizziness but actually passing out multiply times just standing and taking two steps, then down I'd go. Was that way for 3 months. Meds finally adjusted 1 episode since. Surgery early Dec, hope the dizziness and loss of consciousness doesn't return.
