For me - For the third year in a row, on Black Friday, its sending home a Christmas feast from Omaha Steaks for my family back home in Buffalo, NY.

Its sending home a Seafood Feast from Omaha Steaks to a dear friend and sister.

It's knowing that I have a Honey Ham in my refrigerator and more Sweet Potatoes waiting for my dinner tonight.

It's pondering the Seasons knowing it is another year when I cannot go home - hug my sisters and my family now because of my Heart Surgery, other new health issues requiring urgent attention and perhaps more urgent testing and surgical treatment.
Its praying for the well-being of my three sisters while we are again distances apart.

For me, it was back to early morning exercises and then to the gym -- to get mentally and physically prepared for the challenges of living in Life's 4th Quarter!

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member, Wow, I love me some perogies. I miss all the good Polish food that we had in Jersey. Not much in the way of that in my area. Now, I need to find a Polish market and get me some. Maybe there is one in Marietta, I hate to drive into Atlanta for them but when I go in for my loop recorder in December, I might just need to search out a place. There is an international market that has them frozen, but they are just not the same. Everyone looks wonderful and 126 is a lot of perogies! I am glad you had a good Thanksgiving and I am thankful for you too my sweet friend. Hugs
