I'm on Entresto and Jardiance for my heart and I have noticed an increase in appetite.

I'm on both; haven't noticed much of any impact. Not on fatigue. Not on appetite. They call them wonder drugs for the heart, but I'm not seeing much wonder yet.

" Farxiga is not known to suppress your appetite directly, but the side effects may make you feel less hungry and fuller," according to Google. Coreg doesn't cause loss of appetite but Entresto can. (also according to a Google search)
