Does Anyone Take Decamethasone?

My dentist prescribed Dexamethasone for oral lichen planus. The package said adverse reaction with heart failure. However, my cardiologist said it was ok to tale. Has anyone taken this before?

No, I don't think it is a pesticide. I can tell you I worked in a Medical office for 50 years, where it was often prescribed. I would go with what your physician says.
