i have afib and had 2 stents put in but dont help
I appreciate your answer also. During this busy Holiday season, it is even more important to have energy to get things done. I have been pacing myself....doing what I can and then resting.
thank you for your reply, hug to you too.
Shirley, Heart disease makes us all tired, and the medication we need to take sure does not help. I don't know how long it has been since they put in the stents but if you can go to cardiac rehab that will help because you will be exercising and can discuss how you feel with others at rehab. Afib is not going to kill you but it is a real pain to live with. Eventually, you will get it under some kind of control either with medications or an ablation. Until then, you are going to feel tired. You do get used to being that way after a while and you can pretty much ignore it. Exercise will help with that so once you recover enough to exercise you will start to feel better. You have been through a lot with the stents and it will take time to heal in the meantime, do what you can and rest when you need to. I recommend not staying in bed but making yourself get up and do your daily activities and give yourself those wins. They build on one another and help you feel better. Hugs🤗
