After my open heart I was not afraid to walk but heavy physical excercise was ruled out for a few months.

Why are you afraid to move? I had AFib and an erratic heartbeat! But I have an ICD biventricular defibrillator and pacemaker now and it keeps everything under control so I don’t worry about that anymore! I have trouble moving because of multiple orthopedic problems and osteoarthritis! It hurts to do much….
