As long as I am waking up on this side of the ground is a blessed day and I thank God for everyday that I have with my family and friends. So, I am still kicking and screaming till the day that God calls me home

Recently purchased a stationary bike. I am able to ride 2-15 minute sessions per day. My goal is 4-15 minute sessions per day. Don't want to over do it so I'm in no hurry. I also take care of chores around the house. I feel like anything is better than sitting all day doing nothing.

Absolutely.... remember, we are not doctors... we are patients.. and we all have different reactions to same procedure... but it is wonderful to chat with others and get their view point.... very helpful.... as they say; "take what you want and leave the rest".... hugs!

That you can never tell till when you are alive, you can be gone in just a snap of a finger! So live well and make use of your time to do what you want to do, spend time with your family. Live as if it's your last day, do good and be thankful for each day that you are still alive. Whatever you have in this world means nothing at all, we were born with nothing and will die with nothing as well.
