In general, heart disease and the medications we take for our conditions make us tired, dizzy and feel pretty bad some days. I find that on days I can do some exercise, I feel much better. I try to do something all day. Just sitting and doing nothing makes me want to sleep. Half the time it might just be a way to escape how I am feeling. Instead of this, I now journal my feelings, read, get online, and play some games, anything but sleep and it seems to help. Also, sleeping during the day affects how I sleep at night so I try my best not to do it. I read that if you are going to nap it is best to do it early in the day and that way it won't affect your nighttime sleeping. 🤗
