I've had nuclear stress test really isn't too bad. Them getting the needle into me hurt worst. My veins run and hide , look great but soon as the needle goes in the veins hide. Big pain in the butt. You should be fine . If any pain it is short lived before they give you a medication to stop it.

I’ve had 3 in 15 years without pain. I wouldn’t expect more pain than what you feel doing moderate exercise.
