If you were not trying to lose weight you should talk to a doctor. There are many causes for your symptoms.

I personally had all symptoms of flu and it turned out to be heart attack....if you doubt go to walkin clinic

I had a similar problem last week. It turned out tp be a ruptured gallbladder. In hospital for 9 days. Everything is not heart. I'll pray for you.
