Maybe your Dr. should prescribe you an Epi Pen to keep with you at all times. My allergist Prescribes me one.

I know this sounds bizarre. I thought I had constant allergies. Then I started coughing every time I’d blow my nose. I started to think it wasn’t allergy. So I stopped use tissues. Crazy idea. But allergy to TISSUES IS A THING!! No more allergies! I use old fashion handkerchiefs when nose is drippy.
( unless I’m in a store!) then I use cheap paper napkins! Voila!
Good luck all you drippers and sneezers out there!!
