Do you have a pacemaker? That could help. I have a dual-pacemaker (for both chambers).

I have a pacemaker going to get it replaced next month. They say my EF problem is caused by not in sync. with pump left to right, I`m short of breath when doing stuff but if I sit down pluse at 82, spo at 97 not bad, going to change to a 3 wire pacemaker so I`m hopeing this helps I got to much to do around the old ranch.

There are 4 stages and 4 classes of Heart Failure. Here is an article that you can read so you understand where you are. The most important thing is to watch that salt, take the meds on time, and get exercise because it will help. So, keep doing your chores, housework, and yard work but take it slower and do only what you can. You are still doing pretty well so if you keep it up and watch your weight, your salt, and your blood pressure you should be well for a while. Hugs Here is the link to the article. https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/heart-fa...

Ok Thanks for the info. I feel it when I do household chores and yard work. My doctor said I am stage 2. How many stages are there?
