As an author in the past I've written about heart health and anger. Many docs I interviewed definitely discussed how anger can indeed up your risk to heart disease. While a stressful event isn't what caused my congenital CAD (genes)...it does make sense. I do have a Type-A personality. So while my CAD is controlled I am learning to choose my battles. That said, the BP meds have kept my vitals excellent even if I am upset. So there's that.
