I think this has helped me through my heart issues. The cardiologist I replaced as he was trying to get me to do further testing told me I had an enlarged aorta. Sounded ominous. I called my old cardiologist friend to get a second opinion. He laughed and said of course you do. I could tell you that without an exam because I know how athletic you were.

Could be why I have been so fortunate, I was part of JFK’s physical fitness test my senior year in high school; I did over 100 sit ups without breathing heavily!

Both my grandsons are very active, love playgrounds, hiking, climbing and physical activities. I encourage this and make it an enjoyable part of each day. It takes time and effort but is well worth it.
