I blame many of my problems on side effects from medication.
When you pick up your heart meds, closely read the page with side effects. Overlap that info with every heart med you take. They all list balance probs, palpitations, light headedness,
Unless any side effect drastically changes, after 4 years, I don’t bother reporting them. Old news.

Thanks, Cliff for yet another very informative article! When our brains don't get the oxygen they need because our hearts aren't working well it causes all kinds of problems. We can't expect our organs to work well when they are not getting the supply of blood and oxygen that they require. All we can do is the best we can do. Exercise, eat right, and do what we can to challenge our brains.
