Thanks Rob!! I will plan accordingly..I’m sure I’ll not plan on eating anything that got me to this point of having heart disease in the first place…🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

After my triple I wasn't hungry, I felt scared ,trapped in my body unable and unsure".? That lasted several weeks.....after I was just very sure to eat the correct foods for fear of messing up all I had just done ,to live. Also be advised moving a Bowel for several wks after surgery is some what difficult.!! They tell you not to force or strain.for fear of injury to the incision site and healing of the sternum.
