There is no cure for congestive heart failure, however, with treatment you can live a long and productive life. No, the tired feeling/ fatigue will not go away but some days will be better than others. You can learn to live with it and after a while, you really do get used to it. Exercise believe it or not helps you have more energy. Yes, you can have an occasional Carmel Latte (no expresso) It will be a special treat to savor when you have it. Your life does not end with CHF but you will have to make some adjustments and talk to the doctor about those adjustments. You will need a salt-reduced diet, a good exercise plan, and a positive can-do attitude and you will be surprised at how well you will do. Hugs🤗
