Thank you Caryn for this video on the gut and the heart. The visual is so helpful in explaining it. I have IBS, an autonomic nervous disorder; I know that it affects my heart. I cannot eat after 3 PM! I cannot eat spicy foods! The visual of the intricacies of the nerves is a powerful reminder! This video and narration has strengthened my resolve to eat correctly! Thank you!

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member I am so glad it was helpful for you. It is a bit technical but I found it fascinating and after my flutter ablation, I found out just how tied to the Vagus nerve the stomach is. I also understand why when I eat tomato sauce I get afib. Keep eating right. Hugs🤗
