Thank you Caryn for this video on the gut and the heart. The visual is so helpful in explaining it. I have IBS, an autonomic nervous disorder; I know that it affects my heart. I cannot eat after 3 PM! I cannot eat spicy foods! The visual of the intricacies of the nerves is a powerful reminder! This video and narration has strengthened my resolve to eat correctly!
