@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member: I am sorry to hear you are struggling and understandably so with both your and your husband's health issues. You have a lot on your plate. I too find it difficult to listen to all the things I should and should not do and that despite my best efforts, I don't always achieve the results I was hoping for. Cliff is merely sharing information with others; knowledge is power whether it is good or bad. I'm glad you were able to reach out to him. We are all in this difficult journey together.

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member: Please continue to share information with us. It is obvious your concern for others comes from the heart.

Thanks Sabrina. Good time to keep my mouth shut, but, I didn’t do the research or write the articles. I do research and act on what might help me then analyze the results. Through a series of coincidences I learned of and incorporated a number of good practices that have served me well for as much as 53 years now.

I urge everyone here to take what might help, adapt it to your needs, lifestyle and tolerance. Don’t make your plan so difficult it will add stress. Starting earlier may allow more freedom. If the plan doesn’t work, try something else. Your life, your choice. I’m more interested in adding more life to my years than simply years to my life.

God bless.

@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member: I respectfully disagree. The beauty of social media is the ability to share information with a wide and varied audience. Another wonderful thing is that you have the ability to make your own choices about which posts you choose to read as well which posts you choose to respond to. If you scan the page and you see something you don't like, you can skip it. No need to read every post that appears on your screen.

I look at it this way. While watching TV, we are bombarded with advertisements. Some good and some bad. Whether or not it is good or bad to an individual varies. Should advertisers stop airing commercials that I do not like? Absolutely not. The choice is mine. I can grin and bear it and watch the commercial or I can flip the channel or get up and do something else for a few minutes. Again,. the choice is mine and is based on my individual preferences. No one is forcing me to to watch something I don't like, or something that upsets me or makes me uncomfortable.

Cliff is merely sharing information with us. Not everything he posts will be beneficial for all. Knowledge is power. You have choices.

Thank you Cliff for your efforts! We are here to share and learn from each other!
