I can't remember the drug, it was prescribed after AFib was diagnosed, but the drug had me coughing severely. Every drug I've been prescribed comes with a list of possible side affects which seem to normally be nausea, light headedness, fatigue, diarrhea, joint and muscle pain, headache and more! After gaining unwanted side affects wait! There's MORE! Bleeding, Bruising, numbness and or pain in your extremities not to mention feeling tired all the time and trouble maintaining balance? 😎

Serious side effects of Eliquis
Along with its needed effects, apixaban (the active ingredient contained in Eliquis) may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attentionCommon (1% to 10%): Hypotension, peripheral edema, atrial fibrillation, cardiac failure, hypertension, deep vein thrombosis, tachycardia, cardiac failure congestive, palpitations, thrombosis, angina pectoris, bradycardia, blood pressure increased, procedural hypotension, unstable angina, tachycardia[Ref] All drugs have side affects and all people react differently but not to worry, the Dr. has letters after his name?
