Before tackling being overweight, I suffered from frequent acid reflux. Losing weight and doing weekly cardio activity has totally eliminated my acid reflux problem. I know everyone is different however I wanted to share my experience. Best wishes to you and hope you report back how you’re resolving your issue.

When I have acid reflux, which is not very often, maybe a couple of times a year, I use a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. it calms down the issue rather quickly.

Yes I have acid reflux plus a small viral hernia. I am on Protonix for my acid reflux. I take two twice a day. It’s a prescription drug.For my hernia I cannot have spice food, coffee, and another things also. Hugs.
