Did you doctor recommend you get Vitiam B12 shots?????? You can also buy Vitiam B 12 tablets in any store that Carries Vitiam s. Did your doctor check your Iron level out when he checked your B12 ? Good luck you’ll figure it out 🤞🏻🙂🤞🏻

I do B12 shots once a month . B12 is good for balance too . A lot of positives

I buy mine at WALLMART….they offer different strengths. I also buy the Sublingual

if you are on a blood thinner yes. I'm not sure about other meds but you can research side effect of each medication you take and see.
I take a sublingual B12 daily, mine is over the counter, well I get it off Amazon. it's a fairly high dose. And it's not expensive.
