Practice Common Sense, don't "push it" and hydrate with Water, NOT soda.

This heat at times can be so hot. I like riding on my stationary bike in the morning to start my day. As I prepare to go on my outings, I will pack some room temperature water, some saltless nuts, fruit and ensure, in case I get hungry.
One must be careful in this heat and no matter what, stay hydrated & take your time.
One would also need a nice brim hat & Sunglasses.

I came to the realization no one gets out of here alive, so I take common sense precautions, eat fairly sensibly, exercise when I can, try to control stress (hard one) don't do things that obviously are bad for you (smoking, drinking excessively) BUT.... Allow yourself treats occasionally, after all, we have to enjoy the days we're here🥰

In Florida where I live heat and humidity goes hand in hand, I only exercise in the cool of the morning and after the sun goes down , somedays I go to the mall or grocery store in the middle of the day to either shop or just walk around in the air conditioning, it is very important to interact with others every day and walking the mall is really good for that, I am fortunate to have property on the Suwannee River and I frequently go there where the heat can be 15-18 degrees lower next to the river with all the jungle trees providing shade, I do push myself to do these things as daily exercise is natures natural medicine for lowering blood pressure
