Those are alarming numbers, more than 6-10 (61%) US adults. Wow, is this what the future looks like? This is due to lack of knowledge, regarding how to eat well and exercise. This is why it is so important for me to talk to my family and friends, regarding how important it is to know about nutrition, finding healthy foods you like and keeping active through some kind of movement or activities that are fun and enjoyable.
When we are busy in life, we do not think about eating proper and getting off work, to work out. We get off work after 12 hours and eat shower go to bed and get up early in the morning and repeat the process until, one day we are so sick that it cannot be ignored.
I hope I can help someone change their life, before reaching my stage of heart, lung & kidney disease. 🥰
I enjoyed reading "alarming trends called for action".

This information leaves me speechless, it's like, where can I start to educate those around me, of how important it is to fuel your body with healthy choices.
I know my answer: I'll just be the example 🥰

Well Cliff you have posted another interesting article about obesity! It is difficult to manage as I have fought it literally All of my life since the beginning of my life! I was born weighing in at 11 lbs and 6 oz! It is a genetic disease in my family…My mother fought it her entire life as did her people! My Father’s side of the family was not quite so obese but it has been a struggle All of my life! I am currently on Mounjaro and hoping beyond hope that I have finally found a healthy way to eat! Not that my husband is helping me with it…he can eat and does eat whatever he wants from morning til he goes to bed at night! He dreams of food and reads recipes and menus from some of the finest restaurants in the South! Drives me nuts but it is entertaining to him…. Avoid them like the plague! But I have lost 6 lbs in the first two weeks of this program so I am praying that I can tolerate it and get most of the weight off!!
